Mine is in C:\WINDOWS\system32

All depends on the OS (Mine is XP)

Instuctions were on the site you downloaded it from (and I don't mean buying their software) read it

BTW you're not suppose to open the file. Just extract it and move to the right location (I think) and then reboot your system
