cant get my limewire pro download

i paid with my credit card it deducted the money twice and no down load i checked my card account and the money was deducted can anybody here help:confused:

Problems getting your LimeWire Pro after payment or other pro payment issues, see "Account Activation" & follow the advice & links within (click on link - the line the with underline highlited!)
