Maybe Nero has a setting for the Audio....Did you burn at the slowest speed..

I personally use http://www.dvdsanta.com and it's so easy to use maybe you could try the trial version of that..

Default Making dvd with Nero
I've burned 6 dvd's with episodes of lost and had no problem except that on ocassion the audio is out of sync with video. Choose the Nero option to create a dvd video and follow the steps. I was able to put 4 episodes per 4gb dvd. Nero complained that 4 episodes were to much for 1 dvd but it gave me option of lowering quality of video and then was able to fit the 4 episodes on 1 dvd. When I viewed these episodes on my dvd player they looked as good as the HD TV show. Good luck.
