![]() August 5, 2006 Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. checkmate444 I'll start with my specs. Im running LimeWire Pro ver. 4.8.1 on Windows XP SP 1. with a cable connection. With sp1 I have my XP firewall disabled. In addition, I'm using a D-Link DI-604 router. My question is: Should I be accessing my router setup page to initiate any changes that will maximize my ability to up/download and is there any way to test or otherwise judge the effectiveness of these changes. Thanks. |
