Last night I purchased Limewire Pro version. I payed the extra amount to specifically to gain access to Limewire Pro.
Everything i believe has downloaded correctly. However, when i have tried to access customer support and address the matter with Limewire concerning my Limepro, the email address that i registered with, is not allowing myself access to Limewire Pro support.
I am a customer who has payed the extra amount to recieve LIMEWIRE PRO. So, Why, oh why, firstly am I unable to access Limewire and contact support to assist myself and secondly why am I continously being asked if Id like to pay $18.88 again for Limewire Pro????????

First of all, where did you buy Pro from? The only official LW site is www.limewire.com. LW Pro costs US$18.88 for 6 months of updates & email support, LW basic is free.

If you bought Pro, you shouldn't be being prompted to upgrade to Pro!! There are no popups like this in the Pro version. You said that you "paid the extra amount to recieve Pro".... sounds like you've been scammed.

If you bought from a scam site then, of course, your email address won't be in the LW database.
You should contact your bank/CC company & report this. Please read the 2 threads below, if you have any questions then post back here

I had a similar problem. I went to the Limewire Pro download site, was directed to the PayPal site as soon as I entered "Australia", paid by PayPal, and the download immediately started without allowing me to complete registration. However the file was corrupted and when I tried the help site it refused my email address. Since then Limewire has ignored the six emails I have sent and refused to reply to the PayPal dispute system. Result - Limewire has my money, I do not have Limewire Pro. Meldt
