Ok, I am trying to intall limewire, 4.12.5 and my regular windows installer never works, I try the offline installer and it gets to like 75% but then it says a file is missing and the installer is corrupt, what can I do?

Is this the beta for developers?? If so, then you should redownload it and try again.
If it isn't (as I think there isn't any 4.12.5 yet; though correct me if I'm wrong), then download the newest stable version as offline installer (4.12.4) from here:

Yeah, go ahead and download it,.....it's a cheap copy of LW which comes with bundles adware......ENJOY !!!!

And for those who do not want to be scammed,.....stick with the real LW only from the official site (link in my post above)
