 Paid for Limewire Pro but no registration I have a problem. On 6 July 2006 I went to the Limewire Pro download site within WWW.limewire.com, was directed to the PayPal site as soon as I entered the country "Australia", paid by PayPal, and as soon as I hit the “Pay Now” button the download immediately started without allowing me to complete registration. However the file was corrupted and when I tried the help site it refused my email address. Since then Limewire has ignored the several emails I have sent to all the addresses mentioned on the site. The only reply I received was an automated help email which once again required and refused my email address. Limewire also refused to reply to the PayPal dispute system. I note that the money transfer was accepted by Limewire on 6 July. Result - Limewire has my money, I do not have Limewire Pro.  |
