LiME WiRE - iTUNES

i just got started with limewire and downloaded songs.
i want to get the songs to my iPOD but it wont drag to it.
it shows up in my iTUNES in a seperate folder under MY iPOD.
so basically;
it`s there; but wont drag

please help.
