Sharing Problem

Sorry if this is obvious but i have just downloaded this and it has confused me slightly.

When I downloaded, it chose my documents as my sharing folder. Now I don't want to share the whole of my documents, so I removed it from the library under shared file.

However it and all its contents remains in saved files. What exactly does that mean? Does that mean it is all still being shared, and how do I remove it from there.

Thanks.

I'm slightly confused .. can you give us some more specific details?

Basically when I first installed Limewire for some reason it had made my documents as my default share folder, thus sharing everything in it at that time.

Now I removed it from my share folder list, i take (or hope) that stuff can no longer be downloaded/ wasnt automatically uploaded for everyone at that time?

Sorry if that a stupid question.

Also, I can see what things people I am downloading from have, how can I see what people who are downloading from me have?

If the items are in red in the library window then those files are not being shared! How to Share Folders (click on link)

If you want to browse the host then select them & press the browse button. Else right-click & choose browse ... How to use Bitzi Web Lookup ... & How to use Magnet Links & Direct Connect & Browse

Ok thanks. If you could answer any of these it would be appreciated;

What exactly is the difference between sharing and uploading?

How can I tell who is downloading from me?

What are "hits"?
