Ive downloading hmm i dunno lets say 200mb? i think (it was software )

It depends how much bandwidth you put into downloads. And how much bandwith people use to upload from you.

The forums went down for 24. I'd prefer not to give advice on USA law issues. If that's what you're worried about. So I guess that's why you don't wish to share. That will reduce attraction to you. But if you're not downlding heaps of files then I don't see why it should be a major issue.
