Default Software searces return only virus files

Just upgraded basic. Back in the old day a sfotware search would get many hits. Now it gets only virus laden files that are easily spotted by the common sizes of the file.

Does agreeing not to download copyrighted material prevent it from being shown?

Do the search results offer more choices if you state that you may download copyrited material?

Does this require pro to solve?

What is the oldest working verision of limewire where i would not encounter this problem.

If you mean with "agreeing not to download" the field you have to mark before being able to download the LW.exe, then the answer is "No".

Only if you decide (after installation) not to get search results of files without license, it will have an effect on the search results.

The problem with viruses included in exe/rar/zip files is not connected to what LW version you're using. This problem occures due to people downloading/uploading/sharing such files.

Except not to donwload such files, there is not much you could do about.

I suspect they are spammed files. Spammed by groups sponsored by organisations such as riaa, miaa, & the software group equivalent. Check these for such sponsored groups: (1) Overpeers, ___ (2) MediaSentry, ___ (3) Mediadefender

Groups such as these are paid/sponsored by such organisations to spread viruses, corrupt files, host fake files, etc. on the gnutella network & other p2p networks. Terrorism is what you call it. Terrorism backed up with a lot of money ... probably paying off the government at the same time to stop them stopping them terrorise our society around the world. So does that mean the USA are terrorists? The USA government had better get a grip on this or else they are such!!! And corrupt ones at that! It breaches even their own laws!!!!!!!!!!!
