i just downloaded lime and i realize that it has it's own library but i would much rather prefer that the music downloads go directly to windows media player as i prefer to organize my music on it, so if you know how let me know. thanks.

You have to leave that music in the Limewire library, don't delete it because if you do it will be gone for good....
What you need to do is drag and drop your music into WMP and orginise it from there....
Select shared folder and then select explore this will show you where your shared folder is outside of Limewire, drag and drop from there....
