Default Light blue connection quality indicators

The connection quality indicators in the bottom left corner are usually either green or red. I guessed green means good and red is bad.
Today mine are light blue. What does this mean?

You have a turbocharged connection...celebrate

And you're right, green bars are better than red. If you see red bars, you have a less than excellent connection.

Default Connecton staus indicator colors

Hi, Could someone tell me what the dark blue color in the connection status indicator on the l.h.s means? I 've read that red is bad, green is good and light blue is turbo charged. I've had the light blue a couple of times but the dark blue is a first.
