i bougtht lime wire pro, but when i try to get help and i put my email adress in says it does not recongnize my email adress. somebody please help me

From what site did you buy it and how much did you pay?

There is a good chance that you have been ripped of by a scamsite selling Limewire

I got the right lime wire the right way paid my money so i don't think that is problem

Please tell us how much exactly you paid! did you pay by paypal or credit card or debit card. Which country are you in? Have you recieved any emails like reciepts etc. What is the exact URL of the website.

Were you previosly using basic Limewire? ... If not why did you go straight to pro?
