Unstable connection

Well apparently I have a firewall according to Limewire, but I know I don't. The XP firewall is turned off and I have no third party firewall. I have a router, but I forwarded the listening port on the router, and I also turned on uPnP. It still says I have a firewall, even when I turned uPnP off and forwarded another port manually.
Any advice?

The listening port and the forwarded port should be the same port in the limewire options

Try and see if that don't fix it. If not then repost
