Where is customer support? I paid for a membership to Limewire Pro. But All I was able to download was the basic. How do I contact a human being to clear this up? |

I was probably scammed. I looked back at my history and realise I got it from www.limewire-software.com not limewire.com . so my problem. Not yours. Thanks for your help. |
My computer crashed and I lost my installer. I have sked to have it sent to my e-mail address going on 2 days now and I am still waiting to get either a reply or the installer. Is there anyone in support availble? |
If it is less than 6 months ago, then the link in the email you got from Limewire when buying the program should still work. |
