Help Please
 

On my limewire it freezes up my whole computer while loading "Loading Html".
Im using the most current limewire version, windows XP Home.

What version java are you using? (Current version is update 10 I think) Maybe updating it would do the trick. Remember to uninstall the old version before installing the new one and do a offline install.

Nope didn't work.
The screen still came up And still froze my whole computer

OK. Then it's probably some corruption in Limewire. First try deleting the preference folder (in case you have incomplete downloads pending you may lose them if you don't get back into Limewire and reset the "Days to keep..." to a high number).

If that doesn't work then try uninstalling (using the uninstaller. Not Add/Remove Programs) and reinstall using the offline installer from here: www.limewire.com

include any antivirus or security suite software as well.
