Default my files have disappeared!!!!!!!!!
out of nowhere, when i started up limewire (on windows) it reinstalled for some reason and all my previous files have disappeared. i defragmented my computer but these files that i can't find are still on there, taking up space. i can't find it under any of my personal files at all. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've tried searching for them but it doesn't work either.

Use your computer's search again & make sure to show hidden files & folders...maybe they're in a hidden file.

Had you changed the location of your saved folder from the default (C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Shared)?

Try a file recovery tool. Check the sticky below for links. Some people have had good results from using Restoration.
