 Yes, I suspect they are, if you use the search forums function and search '' Tiscali '' a lot has been written on this subject (I believe Pipex is Tiscali) If you download a lot, they mess with the protocols for P2P sharing, even tho they advertise '' Unlimited downloads '' they restrict until 11.00pm when you have to share bandwidth with other ''Heavy users '' ring their Tech support and see what peculiar answers they give, good luck, sorry i can't help but forums have lots on this. | You could try changing your listen port number, it may work... something between 49152 up to 65535, try this one 64049....
