 trying to play downloaded avi or mov files with wmp i am playing all mpeg movies etc ok but how do i get to play files that i download that are avi or mov files. thanks all from perth australia  |

 Download and install the DivX and XviD codecs. http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/codec/ http://www.xvid.org/Downloads.15.0.html This should allow you to watch most .avi movies. I would recommend sticking with MPEG and AVI formats only. MOV files aren't likely to be as good of quality. Good Luck  Dano |
