Default i dont know what to do

i cant get my limewire to open when i double click it this message comes up:

'limewire was unable to initalize and start.This is usually due to a firewall program blocking LimeWire's access to the internet or loopback connections on the local machine. Please allow LimeWire access to the internet and restart LimeWire'. ive got access to the inernet and ive even added limewire to my exceptions but that message still comes up. plz help

A possible fix could be to uninstall LW and all Java versions on your system. Reboot and then download the JRE offline installer of the newest Java version from here:
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
Install it and reboot again, then reinstall LW.

In that process your Firewall should ask you to allow or block LW; just allow iit.
