Is that link not working for you?

Here's what you have to do...make sure that LW's properly closed. Open My Computer, click on tools > folder options > view. Put a dot in the circle next to show hidden files & folders. Now click apply & ok. Close the box.

Now you're back in My computer. Open local disk (C). Now open Documents and Settings. Now open 'your username'. Now open Application Data. Find the folder called LimeWire. Delete that one.

Have you made sure that the XP firewall is off & that the Kerio firewall is set up to allow LW? Just double check that.
There have been a couple of other people having connection probs with BT recently, maybe they're blocking your connection at certain times of day?

Your Home Hub is a router too So, you should have a go at port forwarding...that should get rid of the firewall icon (providing your Kerio is set up properly). Here are the instructions to port forward for the Home Hub.

Go through those slowly & double check things as you go.

It's important to remember that all port numbers have to be the same. Any specific ports allowed thru a software firewall, LW's listening port, port number in LW's 'manual port forward' box & the port forwarded thru a router all must be the same number
