Firewall blocks my access
 

Can anyone help - i paid to subscribe to Limewire months ago now and have not managed to download one piece of music yet! I have a firewall symbol on the bottom left toolbar and only one block on the connection level chart next to it. I have a McAffee security centre and windows xp security centre. I have tried disabling both of these firewalls but i still can't get anywhere. Anyone out there been through this and managed to solve the problem? thanks for your help, Mandy

Small clarification:
You stumbled into the Phex Forum with your question, which also is a Gnutella p2p Program, but isn't LimeWire.

Maybe that had a reason, and you should give Phex a try...
