Default winxp 64?

anybody having problems with winxp 64 bit os ? I have the firewall symbol up in limewire and it does not respond to turning off my windows firewall, antivirus , or the isp firewall ( isp is plusnet they actually mention the gnutella ports and allow you to turn them on or off ) when I do the test i get a " cannot connect to internet msg"

I am left with thinking it is either my router ( bt voyager 2110..it is fairly new so should be plug and play ) or winxp64 !!

so if anyone is running Lw pro 4.12.11 on xp64 could they let me know?

thanks di
