 If your Pro was longer than 6 months old, there's not alot you can do... Limewire Pro offers 6 months of free updates and support, after that you have to re-purchase it if you still want those benefits... Pro users that only want to purchase it just the once should always back up the installer, so if any problems like the one you have just experienced, Pro can be re-installed no problem....
