downloading limewire pro problems
 

While trying to download LW Pro, both with running it or saving it, I get a message saying

Internet Explore cannot download LimeWireWin.exe. from sales.limewire.com.
The data area passed to a system call is too small.

I paid for this and now it seems I can't download it. And the only reason I paid for it is because I couldn't download the Basic either, because it told me invalid certificate or something. Is there anything that can make this work?

Do a google search for the exact error message your getting. You'll find advice on what to do. It's probably just a setting in IE that needs changed.

My advice is to use a different browser. Firefox is the one I use.


As a side note: If you can't get the LW Basic to work, shelling out your hard earned cash for Pro isn't going to fix the problem. Better to get the Basic(FREE) version to work and make sure you like it before buying Pro ;).
