Default Setup Dialog - Firewall screen

I have just reformatted my PC and when trying to start LimeWire I can not get past the Firewall screen. I previously used LimeWire on this PC, I have not changed OS (XP), I haven't installed any programs that weren't already on the PC, and have clicked on Allow to all Zone Alarm screens that popped up but no go.

I have reinstalled the latest Java, reinstalled LimeWire, have tried the "other" OS version of LimeWire, deleted all references to LimeWire in Zone Alarm, all to no avail.

Any suggestions?
