Switching accounts to new COMPS.

I paid 40 bucks (or how ever much) for the lifetime membership to limewire pro and set it up on my ex's computer but it crashed and she threw it away. Now I want to set it up on my comp but it wont let me. How do I re-establish my account on a new computer?
