FIRST OF ALL HELLO 2 EVERYONENEXT...I PURCHASED LIMEWIRE PRO ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND NOW I HAVE 2 PURCHASE IT AGAIN ??? THIS IS DEPRESSING !! ESPECIALLY WHEN I GOT BIT BY FROSTWIRE !!!!!

You can keep using your other LW Pro version if it's working ok. Otherwise you can use LW Basic. It's up to you. Yes LW Pro offers 6 months of updates & support only. But then for the price of about 4 big mac burgers, it's not really that much.

hi niecee, welcome to the forums.

They mean they accidentally paid for a program that is free. FrostWire is a free program. But unfortunately there are some scam sites our there that sell it as well as free versions of other programs like LW Basic.
