Default Getting mp3's to player

Well they told me to say Hello. so Hello, I am pleased to be here and hope to get and give help where and when needed!

I am searching for anyone who know about MP3s as I know nothing.
I bought them for my granddaughters got alot of music downloaded
and now cant seem how to find the player or how to put the music on there. I have Windows XP
I had Musicmatch before Limewire. I had the music and got to the place where it was to add, and then it wanted .99 PER song!
So I hit cancel and started all over and now I am lost!

Hi spandango & welcome to the forums.

How to find music. By default your downloads are found here: C:\Documents and Settings\"your account name"\Shared

For fast & easy access, go to your LW Library window, select Saved Files folder & press the Explore button. Sample image here: Using Library Explore button to access downld folder (click on link) & the folder will open up for you.

(Your question is not about uploading, but downloading. So you have posted to the wrong thread topic.)

Thank You LOTR even though this was not helpful at all. Probably my fault. I am not good at explanations. I read so many of these threads before I started and so many were rude that I thought about skipping here and go else where and think I better do that as I get my feelings hurt easy anymore at my age. Thank you and have a great day!!!
Oh yes and forgive me posting this on the wrong page or thread.
I just wanted to make the MP3 players work. I got 2 going all by myself but still wish I had help for the 3rd as they only allow 2 per place.
Cant make Limewire get in my Windows Media player I have URGE.

I think best way to work with WMP is to move all songs to your Music folder & then open WMP & add them from there. Just IMHO Using windows media player
