I have 4.8.1 version of Limewire on my computer. I'm getting an "update availaible" however, when I click on it, it's asking me for a one time payment. I already did the one time payment thing for Pro. How do I get a hold of someone to get this resolved?

Your LW Pro payment covers you for 6 months of updates & email support. So if you bought Pro more than 6 months ago, you won't be able to download a new Pro version unless you buy again:p
