i have done the port forwarding thing but still nothering!

Is there anything else i can try because i've tried all the things thats been advised?

Where you absolutely sure that the model number was DG834GT and not WGR614 ??

Yeah its deffo DG834GT

Try these fixes...
Try uninstalling your Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version....
Archive: Download Java 2 Platform Standard Edition (J2SE) 5.0 Update 11

If that does not help with your problem try deleting your preference folder...
