Ok... the first thing that sticks out is AOL Security, it's not a good thing when it comes to Limewire...

Your Linskys router has a Nat Firewall which is more than likely blocking you as well...

Also Java may be the problem...
Try uninstalling all versions of Java from the add/remove programs and then re-install the JRE 5.11 offline version....

checked firewall and successfully set up static ip address and java installation.....still no connection.....:bangh:
