Gnutella Forums - Paid for -Where is it?

A month ago I paid for Limewire And some other suggestions which all downloaded fine -one of which is suppose to allow me to burn my old lps - though can't remember which one - everything is pretty greek to me( Broadwave, express Rip, NCH Toolbox,Slice, Switch, Express Burn, Golden Records, Netspy protector, soundTap, and wavepad)
EXCEPT Limewire itself.

I Can not figure out what I did? I have messed with it 50 times and have had issues with passwords and Not getting my e-mails. Took three tries to get this Gnutella to work reguarding e-mails.

Anway, the shortcut I put on my desk top takes me to the Music Member's Area - where I can see a menu and a place that says - our records show that you have purchased teh following additional software:Pro Pack Codecs, NetSpyProtector, Java Plug-in (free) and Express Burn 3.03 And of course beside eash says Install Program.

I thought I all ready downloaded Everything - and I see that I did install Netspyprotector and Express Burn. I did not see any kind of error so I assumed everything worked fine. Then I took off for a week, came back and NO Limewire - No music.

I just dont know what I did wrong nor how to get it--- I have had password issues too. Is there someplace I can Call or email?
There has to be phone number someplace that can see I paid for this?

Help is appreciated greatly.....
