Limewire - uploading file even though sharing turned off ?

I clicked on "Monitor" up top and files keep showing up as uploading. I have all my options for sharing turned off.
Anyone help me understand please?

go to your library right click each song click stop sharing then go to monitor and kill upload that should work.
