Default Will deleting songs on Limewire alter my itunes library?

I have already imported my songs from limewire into itunes, and now I want new songs off Limewire but I don't want them to get mixed up with songs I already have on itunes. If I delete songs from my Limewire library, will the songs I have already imported and put on my ipod stop working, or are they permanently in iTunes until I delete them out of there? Thanks for answers, apologies if this question has already been answered

yes you will not be able to play them I think if you but all your songs in a separate folder that would be alright then it wouldn't be in your shared folder therefor it wont be in LW library to find your shared folder click a song in LW hit explore then make a new folder then grag & drop all your songs in that folder.

I actually wouldn't have to delete them from Limewire if there was a way I could sort the files into Folders or something like "already put into itunes" and "new songs", I wouldn't mind doing this manually but there's no way at all to sort my music, so it's all extremely cluttered

yes I just did it to my library it works in limewire library click a song you'll see in icon that says explore hit that your saved files should come up close LW then keep that saved file window open go to start my documents create a new folder you can name it whatever you want keep both the windows open in the saved songs folder at the top lift click edit then click select all then left click one of the songs and hold the the button down move your mouse over the new folder you created then drop then in it your all set there might be in eazyer way to do this but im new to computers so thats how I do it.
