LW user without administrator rights ?

LW user without administrator rights ?

WinXP SP2 with 4 user accounts, Only want admin rights on main user.
LW fine for main user, accessable by other users but not connecting for them. Firewalls dissabled.
Is it possible for non admin user to use/connect LW ???????
If not, what options if any (will LW pro do it) ?
