Hi - this is my first thread - My problem is that I have downloaded several video clips from limewire. The first one had sound and pictures and was of good quality. However every download since is only giving sound and no picture! I've tried playing it in various programmes such as Windows media, realplayer etc. I'm using XP and would welcome any suggestions as it takes a while to download some of these files only for them not to work ! I may have to leave this blog shortly but if you've got time I would love to hear from you by email - [Edit]

I'll try to solve your problem in the most simple manner possible...

First try this...
Down in my sig you will see Cole2k Codecs

Click on that link and download ONLY the Cole2k version 6.0.9 Standard pack.

Download it and SAVE it to any folder that you like in your Documents... Not to your Desktop !!!
After you have successfully downloaded it... Run it by double-clicking on the file...

BE SURE to select EASY install... NOT Advanced...

After you have finished the install, you should Shut Down your computer.

After you Start Up again, all... I mean ALL stuff should play... movies and music.
