270.6 (how to filter out these files)

Is there any way to fiter out the ads that are 270.6 kb?

Right click on them and mark them as junk. Over time LW's filter will learn to recognize them and automatically mark them as junk. You can set the junk filter to display results or not. In LW go to Tools>Options>Filters>Junk, and select your preference.
