Newbie (downloading albums)

Hello folks. This is my first time on Limewire. Queation: How do you download whole albums? I'm trying to download ********** - I did buy the CD, but lost it when I moved house! I can only get the individual tracks up. Is there a way to get the whole album at once? Thanks guys.
