how to select specific files?

hello everyone,
i'm trying to download cd that has many files, and i want only one specific file. usually in bitcomit its really easy, but i'm totally lost with thie program and i really really need help. thanks

The only thing I can think of off-hand , is to just type in the name of the song , or the artist and pick the title from there:).
