Using Lime Wire

Hello...I could use some help. I am thinking about purchasing a laptop to dj and I'm not sure where to begin. Does Lime Wire have the capabilities to create playlists that I could do this with? I should probably stick to the old fashioned way, but I'm looking for ease! Thanks!
