 How can I contact Ip-Dldcs.com Hello. My name is Richard Hurst In July 2007 I thought I purchased some sort of package to use Limewire. I paid a fee of USD 78.76 and my credit card statement for July shows that this amount was debited from the card and paid to some organisation called: Ip-Dldcs.com.
