 limewire wont even open up! so when i clicked on the limewire icon on my comp, it said that i needed java runtime environment 5.0 or above. i downloaded java runtime environment 6.0 and it still pops up that it needs java to start up. anyone got any tips cause im fixin to punch a hole right through that icon   |

| Have you only just installed LW? Did you use the online installer? The online installation can sometimes have corruption problems  Try it this way:First of all, install Java. Download the JRE offline installer & remove any other Java versions installed (via Add/Remove Programs) before you install the latest Java. Java SE Downloads After Java's installed, install LW.
