Getting my music selections from Limewire to itunes

I can not get the music that I have selected from Limewire to my iPod. I have tried to use the ctrl and shift keys to move to iTunes but that does not work.

If someone could please detail exactly the procedure that I need to use to accomplish this I would be very appreciative. I have tried for 3 days to accomplish this task, but unable. I can hear my songs on iTunes, but I can not get them to my ipod nano.
