Limewire install problem

Hello...
I am trying to download Limewire...the install process gets to the same point each time & stops. I get the following window in the Limewire Setup Dialog...
Limewire performs best with full access to the Internet. If firewall or security warnings appear, please unblock Limewire and choose to remember the setting.
I get to this window each time and it won't go further. The download window has stopped at 12%. No security or firewall warnings or notices appear. PLEASE HELP!
