was good now ?????? (can't download)

hi all
i was going along fine downloading etc ....
then something happened and i cannot download now....

i think i may have changed some of my computers basic settings as i was told initially that everything must be standard settings to set up limewire.

problem is now i dont know where to go to ..normalise.. the settings..

can someone please help?
