yeah so I clicked the ' restore defaults' button on the file sharing deal and now I cant find any of the files that were in the library...

did I lose my entire library just like that ???


how the hell does that happen

IS there any way to find them ?

I am lucky I am such a noob and I didnt have that much on there , but How the F did I dump all my files while restoring defaults ?

is there anything I can do ?

Had you originally changed saving or sharing locations from the default location?

Providing you didn't delete files, they'll still be around somewhere.

Have a look at this thread & see if it helps with finding the missing files.
If you've updated LW and can't find your downloads!

well, I didnt intentionally change any locations...

but at teh time , I may have gone on a clicking frenzy , because something wasnt working , then i clicked the restore defaults and that was it ....
no more library .....

I really dont think I did much to cause it , i had only clicked a few times , all on the same place , i was trying to move or change or make a new file sharing folder , and didnt know what I was doing , so i clicked the restore defaults.... big mistake.....big

they are gone.... hundreds of files.....gone

all i can figure is that i musta deleted a folder somehow ,,but I never would of done it is asked , but i still think the restore defaults did it

they were there. right were they were supposed to be . I dont know why I didnt see them before. my folders for each different user are a mess ....
I think they were under the C disk
I thought I had looked everywhere, it was very strange .
