When i try to download it pops up saying error then i go to support and it says something about browser what can i do

when i go to download the basic version a message pops up and says it has encountered a error and i can either send or dont send the report and when i click either of them it just knocks me off. I purchased music just free and i could not ever figure it out so i cancled it you think that could be the problem?

You mean you bought LW via a site called music just free ... I hope not. LW is free. See get your $$$ BACK!!! (music members)

K answer to LW issue:

Go to LW site, download the OFFLINE version which is the non recommended one. Also download Java OFFLINE installer from here Download Java software from Sun Microsystems and install that java first before LW. Remove all previous Java versions first. (NEVER use the add/remove programs control panel to remove LW though.)

what happens if you do remove it from the add/remove? So do you have to have java before you do LW and where do you go to do the offline download for LW
