Im new to the forum and have a question (songs won't play)

This is my first post. The reason why I joined cause I have a question about something I cant figure out myself.

I recently deleted musicmatch juke box from my files because he hasnt worked since last year and it was giving me a hard time. when ever I played a song musicmatch would pop up even though it didnt work. So I would have to manually go in and change it to windows media player. The other day it wouldnt let me change it to windows media player and was stuck on musicmatch juke box. so I went in my files and deleted musicmatch since I couldnt use it anyways. Since deleting musicmatch, limewire will not let me play any songs. i can download fine but not play them. What I do is download a new song then I play it by opening it with windows media player. I save it onto my playlist. When I right click on a song it only gives me the option of rename, delete and launch. I try pressing launch (not sure what it means) but it doesnt do anything.

What can I do to play my songs again? I appreciate any help.

have you tried going to where the file is downloaded then right click on it and it should ask what to open it with. you should be able to choose what program you want to use. If your talking about limewire, in your limewire, go to tools, then options go to bit torrent then player. this should give you player options, i hope this helps

under player, mine has a check next to it to play songs in limewire
